Ostrava Universities' Refresh Project Receives €2.5 Billion for Sustainable Future Research

The Refresh scientific project at Ostrava universities in the Czech Republic has engaged 170 scientists and secured over 2.5 billion Czech crowns (approx. €100 million) in European funding for research into antibiotic development and water purification methods.

Vědecký projekt ostravských univerzit Refresh zaměstnal už 170 vědců. Vysoká škola báňská a Ostravská univerzita na výzkum a investice do laboratoří získaly přes 2,5 miliardy korun ze Spravedlivé transformace. Jde o evropské peníze, které mají post-uhelným regionům pomoci změnit charakter a více se mimo jiné zaměřit na inovace a zelené technologie.
