Madhya Pradesh to combat illegal sand mining at Chambal sanctuary

Madhya Pradesh plans to deploy over 100 guards and establish check posts, along with 35 CCTV cameras and AI systems, to combat illegal sand mining at the Chambal sanctuary, following Supreme Court actions against threats to wildlife and ecological integrity.
