Lithuania Proposes Universal Kindergarten for Children from 1.5 Years Old by 2028
Lithuanian conservative MPs are proposing to lower the age for universal pre-school education from two years to 18 months, starting in 2028. This initiative aims to better support families in balancing childcare with participation in the labor market.
