Unspent Portuguese PRR Funds May Be Reallocated to Other Projects

Following discussions between Portugal and the European Commission, it has been agreed that unexecuted funds from Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) may be directed to other projects, though the Commission notes it has not yet received the revised plan.
