Swedish Environmental Protection Agency Increases Seal Hunting Quota

The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency has decided on this year's seal hunting quotas, allowing 1,350 grey seals to be hunted, which is 350 more than last year. Additionally, protective hunting for 400 harbor seals and ringed seals is permitted.

Naturvårdsverket har beslutat om årets licens- och skyddsjakt på säl. Totalt får 1 350 gråsälar skjutas, vilket är 350 fler än i fjol. Därtill tillåts skyddsjakt på totalt 400 knubbsälar och vikare.
