Inspectors convicted in Ihor Homenyuk's death released after three years

Inspectors convicted of aggravated assault resulting in the death of Ihor Homenyuk, who were sentenced to nine years, have been released after serving three years under house arrest and three years in prison, with the remainder on parole.
