IEA Chief Calls for New Iraq-Turkey Oil Pipeline to Reduce Hormuz Reliance

The head of the International Energy Agency (IEA) has reportedly called for the construction of a new oil pipeline between Iraq and Turkey to decrease reliance on the Strait of Hormuz.
