Fire hits storage facility within House compound

MANILA, Philippines — A contractor’s storage facility inside the House of Representatives compound caught fire on Sunday morning. According to the Office of the House Secretary General, the fire broke out around 9:30 a.m. and was put out less than 30 minutes later with no casualties or injuries reported.
