New EU Rules for Cross-Border Commuters to Increase Swiss Costs
New EU regulations concerning cross-border commuters are projected to incur additional costs of 600 to 900 million Swiss francs for the federal government. This comes as the number of cross-border commuters has increased by 70,000 over the past five years.
