Bulgarian Socialist Party Sees Bad Sign in Appointment of New Regional Governors

The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) views the replacement of all 28 regional governors with cadres from 'We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria' as a negative sign from the caretaker government.
