PTI Leader Challenges Gandapur's Resignation and KP CM Appointment
Estranged PTI leader Sher Afzal Khan Marwat has approached the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) to challenge the resignation of Gandapur, arguing it lacked 'free will' and is therefore legally invalid. He also seeks the cancellation of all actions related to Sohail Afridi's appointment as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister.
