Accused in Delhi IRS Officer's Daughter's Rape-Murder Confesses to Police

Police reported that the accused, Rahul Meena, confessed to entering the Delhi home of an IRS officer early on April 22 using a spare key, then raping and murdering the officer's daughter while she was alone.
