Latvian Train Fare Dodgers Fined Nearly 140,000 Euros in a Year
Over 5,200 fare dodgers on Latvian passenger trains have been fined nearly 140,000 euros in the past year, with 54% of the fines paid. The company 'Pasažieru vilciens' (ViVi) has been conducting ticket controls independently for a year.
