Vltava River Authority to Use Slapy Dam Water Amid Orlík Reservoir Decline
If the water level of the Orlík reservoir drops by another 3.5 meters, the Vltava River Authority will halt its emptying and begin using water from the Slapy Dam to maintain the minimum outflow from the Vltava cascade, a situation anticipated only once every 50 years.
