Legal Vacuum Blocks Serbian Public Broadcaster RTS Due to Expired Board Mandates

A legal vacuum has left the Serbian public broadcaster RTS in a difficult situation, as some members of its Supervisory Board have had their mandates expire. The absence of the regulatory body REM means there is no one to announce a new competition for board members.
