Na obali Tamiša, nedaleko od ušća u Dunav, stoji kompleks ciglenih zgrada čije krovove danas probijaju trava i korov. Nekada simbol industrijskog samopouzdanja i građanskog ponosa, Vajfertova pivara u Pančevu danas je statički neispitana, delimično urušena i izložena svakoj novoj oluji.
