Spain's PP Proposes Law to Ban ETA Prisoner Welcome Ceremonies
Spain's conservative Popular Party (PP) has introduced a bill in the Senate to prohibit 'ongi etorris' (welcome ceremonies) for ETA prisoners, proposing fines of up to €150,000.
