Court Orders AirAsia to Compensate Farmer for Damaged Plant Due to Flight Delay
A consumer commission has ordered AirAsia to pay Rs 90,750 to a farmer whose rare hybrid jackfruit sapling was ruined after a flight delay caused him to miss a connection. The compensation includes the cost of the damaged sapling, ticket refund, and other expenses.
