Canadians Oppose Selling Trans Mountain Pipeline Despite High Cost
A majority of Canadians do not want the federal government to sell the Trans Mountain pipeline, despite its reported $34 billion cost. The government acquired the pipeline for over $4.5 billion in 2018, but had previously stated it did not intend to be a long-term owner.
