VA Investigates Staffer Who Attended Vigil for Slain Colleague
A report indicates that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) investigated a staffer who attended a vigil for a slain colleague, Alex Pretti, and spoke to the media. Pretti was a 37-year-old ICU nurse for the VA who was shot dead by federal agents.
