Basque Security Advisor Blames Ex-ETA Members for Loiu Incidents
The Basque Security Advisor, Josu Zupiria, has blamed former ETA members 'Jotas' and Moreno for 'provoking' incidents in Loiu and reported the targeting of the Ertzaintza operational chief to the Prosecutor's Office, using a video showing 'Jotas' grabbing a police commander.
