Man dies while spearfishing in Zambales town
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – A 44-year-old man died while spearfishing in the waters off Botolan town, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) confirmed on Monday. The victim was identified as Noli Ferrer, a fisherman and resident of Barangay Binoclutan in the said town. Based on reports, lifeguards and beachgoers spotted Ferrer waving for help while spearfishing
