Hungary Blocks EU Sanctions and Aid for Ukraine Ahead of War Anniversary

Hungary has blocked new sanctions against Russia and EU financial aid for Kyiv, just before the anniversary of the Ukraine war. Ukraine reported that oil flows stopped due to a Russian attack on pipeline infrastructure in January.
