Prague's IKEM Hospital Treats Pelvic Varicose Veins with Catheterization
The IKEM hospital in Prague has successfully performed catheterization procedures on 40 female patients suffering from pelvic varicose veins, alleviating severe lower abdominal pain. Doctors used miniature metal coils to close the varices.
