Yoon & Yang hires Spencer Park to strengthen cross-border practice

South Korean law firm Yoon & Yang said Tuesday it has appointed Spencer G. Park, a California-qualified lawyer with nearly three decades of experience in cross-border transactions and global investment, as a senior foreign attorney in its Corporate Advisory Group.
