Kenya: State and petitioners dispute use of SGR cash for Ngong–Riruta line

A dispute has arisen in Kenya between the state and petitioners regarding the allocation of funds from the Railway Development Levy Fund. The petitioners are challenging the use of this cash to finance the Ngong–Riruta railway line project.
