Lithuanian Ethics Commission Declines Investigation into Official's "Negroes" and "Gypsies" Remarks

Lithuania's Chief Official Ethics Commission has decided not to launch an investigation into the head of the State Language Inspectorate, Audrius Valotka, regarding his statement that the words "negroes" and "gypsies" are permissible.
