NY Police Official Accused of Driving Getaway Car for Son in Gang Shooting

Jennifer Lackard, a Mount Vernon deputy police commissioner, is accused of driving a getaway car for her son, Chase, after he allegedly shot at rival gang members near a Bronx court.
