Call to Prevent Hunting Dog Protection from Justifying Wolf Culling in Sweden

An increased protection for hunting dogs in Sweden could be misused as an excuse to shoot wolves, turning protected animals into scapegoats for human-caused conflicts, according to the Swedish Carnivore Association.
