Romania Considers School Mobile Phone Ban While Wales Rejects It
Romania's Chamber of Deputies has received a bill proposing a complete ban on mobile phones in schools, including during breaks. Meanwhile, the First Minister of Wales has stated that the country will not be implementing a similar ban.
