Klisura Tunnel in Montenegro Closed for Music Festival

The Klisura Tunnel in Montenegro will be temporarily closed from Saturday at 2 PM until Sunday at 2 AM. This traffic alteration is due to the Echo Kolašin music festival and a concert by Svetlana Ražnatović, as announced by the Municipality.
