Thirty-six residents of the Hazelwood estate in Bridgetown, Wexford, have been issued eviction notices by the property owner, Patchflow Ltd, leaving many fearing homelessness.

It came as a complete bolt from the blue. On Friday evening, Wexford mother of two Ann Marie Lamb arrived home from work to find a letter on her mat. It was from Patchflow Ltd – the company that owns the house she has rented in Hazelwood, Bridgetown for the past ten years.
