Proposed Mara Bill to Impose Term Limits on Board Members

Malaysia's proposed Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) Bill 2026 aims to introduce term limits for board members as part of a governance overhaul. The chairman stated that approximately 80 percent of the bill is ready to be tabled in Parliament.
