Eurojust Spokesperson: Serbia to Decide on Liaison Prosecutor Appointment
A Eurojust spokesperson clarified that, according to the 2019 cooperation agreement, it is exclusively up to Serbian authorities to decide on the deployment of a liaison prosecutor with Eurojust.
