Moldovan Citizen Sentenced for Illegally Transporting Migrants Across Latvia-Belarus Border
A Moldovan citizen has been sentenced to four years and six months in prison by the Latgale District Court for illegally transporting immigrants who had crossed the Belarus-Latvia border in the Ludza region, and will also be expelled from Latvia.
