High Court Sets Aside MHA Denial for Journalist Varadarajan's OCI Card

The High Court has set aside the Ministry of Home Affairs' communication denying journalist Varadarajan's request to convert his Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card into an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card.
