Alibaba and Tencent Lose DC Lobbyists Due to US Curbs

Alibaba and Tencent have been dropped by their DC lobbyists to comply with a new US law that bars the Defense Department from working with companies represented by lobbyists who also work for Pentagon-blacklisted entities.
