Polish Regulator Fines Olej Kujawski Producer for Unfair Contracts
Bunge Polska, the owner of the Olej Kujawski brand, has been fined 4.3 million PLN by Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for using unauthorized clauses in contracts with farmers supplying raw materials.
