After QC student’s death, NCDA calls for stronger anti-bullying policy
MANILA, Philippines — Following the death of a student with disability in Quezon City who was allegedly bullied, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) urged concerned government agencies to reinforce their anti-bullying policies.
