Agnelli-controlled Gedi sells La Stampa to SAE
(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 4 - The Agnelli-controlled Gedi media group has signed a preliminary agreement to sell Turin-based liberal newspaper La Stampa to the SAE SpA group, the companies said on Wednesday. The sale includes the daily's related assets and its digital and printing activities. A statement said the sale will take place via the creation of a new entity controlled by SAE that will also feature other investors linked to the north-west of Italy.
