Albanian 'Mundësia' Party Refuses Electoral Code Talks

Erald Kapri, MP for the "Mundësia" party, strongly reacted to discussions among the opposition regarding the new Electoral Code, stating that his political force will not participate in "political bargaining" between the Democratic Party and the majority.
