Albanian Opposition Leader Claims Negotiated Arrest of Crime Figure Agasi

Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha alleged that the arrest of crime figure Agasi was pre-negotiated by Prime Minister Edi Rama, claiming charges were altered and accusing the ruling party of being deeply compromised by criminal networks.
