Albanian Parliament Approves Regulatory Changes with Bipartisan Support
Albania's Parliament has approved changes to its internal regulations, including a ban on sessions after 10 PM, with votes from both the Socialist Party (PS) and the Democratic Party (PD). The OSCE has reacted positively, calling it a step towards political dialogue.
