Allahabad HC Dismisses Plea for Namaz on Village Land

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed a plea seeking permission to offer namaz on a piece of village land in Sambhal, ruling that the introduction or expansion of a religious practice not previously prevalent is not protected under Articles 25 and 26.
