Andrey Yankulov Cites Unfulfilled Promises in Request to Replace Acting Prosecutor General

In his justification for requesting the replacement of the acting Prosecutor General, Minister Andrey Yankulov refers to the opinion of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Cassation, which suggests that after July 21, 2025, Bulgaria will not have a legitimately functioning Prosecutor General.
