MANILA, Philippines — Angat Dam’s water level dropped further below its 160-meter critical threshold to 155.98 meters above sea level (masl), the state weather bureau reported. According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) data, Wednesday’s level dropped by 0.36 meters from Tuesday’s 156.34 meters. Previously, the water level had risen 0.25 meters
