Animal Welfare Groups Demand Immediate Halt to Whaling in Iceland

Icelandic animal welfare organizations, including the Icelandic Animal Welfare Association and Friends of Whales, have formally demanded that the Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) immediately halt whaling by Hvalur hf. and launch a thorough investigation into alleged violations.
