‘Apam’ seller fined RM11,000 for posting obscene video on X two years ago
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 25 — An “apam” seller was fined RM11,000 by the Sessions Court here today after pleading guilty to a charge of posting an obscene video on X, formerly known as Twitter, two years ago.
