Appeals Court rejects defense appeals, overturns part of verdict

The Appeals Court has rejected appeals from the defenders of Ljekočević, Šutaj, Kuč, and others, while simultaneously accepting the appeal from the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, thereby overturning the acquittal portion of the verdict and returning it for reconsideration.
