Armed Veteran with PTSD Disarmed After Standoff in Netivot
An armed reserve veteran suffering from PTSD was safely disarmed after a standoff in his Netivot home. Advanced-Staff-Sergeant Major Ariel Morzhanov, a veteran of October 7 terrorist negotiations, was on scene to de-escalate the situation.
